Une precision de mesure incomparable
Le capteur calorimétrique de type « 3D-Sensor Inside » présente une précision de mesure incomparable grâce à sa géométrie tridimensionnelle. En effet, dans ce type de capteur, l’échantillon, comme la référence, est complètement entouré par le fluxmètre de mesure de chaleur, et ainsi la globalité du flux de chaleur associée à toute transformation ou réaction de l’échantillon est mesurée.
Calibration absolue
La sensibilité d’un DSC ou d’un calorimètre équipé d’un capteur de type « 3D-Sensor Inside » est indépendante :
• Du poids, de la forme et de la nature (poudre, fibre, liquide,…) de l’échantillon
• De tout contact entre l’échantillon et le capteur
• Du type de creuset utilisé
• De la nature du gaz de balayage (inerte, oxydant, réducteur, humide) et de son débit
Le DSC ou le calorimètre est calibré par une méthode électrique très précise (effet Joule), automatique, automatique et applicable sur l’ensemble de la gamme de température – y compris les températures subambiantes, et pour n’importe quel profil de température (chauffe, refroidissement, isotherme).
Gain de temps appréciable
• dans l’utilisation quotidienne puisque la calibration ne nécessite pas de vérification systématique
• lors de la détermination d’une capacité calorifique : la mesure de Cp est directe, il n’est pas nécessaire de faire des mesures supplémentaires sur un matériau de référence
