Service and support contracts
All of Setaram’s instruments are designed to offer you many years of uninterrupted service and to complement this, Setaram offers a range of verification and support contracts tailored to your individual system and requirements.

Bronze Contract
An annual maintenance contract which includes one maintenance visit per year.  In addition you will receive 15% discount on all Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).
Silver Contract
A Bronze Contract with the additional security of a system calibration and certification.
Gold Contract
A comprehensive support contract that includes, not just a verification visit but an   emergency response visit from one of our engineers. In addition you will receive 15% discount on all Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).
Customized Contract
An annual contract which includes as
many preventive maintenance visits per year as you may need, and emergency response visits from one of our engineers. In addition you will receive 15% discount  on  all  Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).
